Assignment from Guest Josh Kirschenbaum

As photographers our eyes have been trained to see things that many
times go unnoticed. We also find ourselves at the edges of life,
peering into worlds of beauty and nuance that are thriving in the
crevices of creativity and imagination. These lost places, where
humanity is bursting at the seams, are sanctuaries to forms of
expression outside of our cultural and social norms.

This assignment is all about exploring these dark crevices, frayed
seams, and lost worlds that the everyday eye doesn't see or chooses
not to see. Over the next week, try to document in three images
something that is hidden, shunned, or forgotten. It is up to you to
decide how to define the terms, and the main objective is to take the
time to experience and capture something that moves your heart, not
just your eye. Try to let go of your graphic eye, expectations about
what makes a good photograph, and find something that moves you and is
perhaps a part of you that might often be hidden.

These are my photos from this assignment. These pictures give me the strong expression more than famous tourist attraction in GG Park.
This place is a small place hide in Golden Gate Park. Something we dont see or ignore but can be more interesting.
